As a Area OPS manager, I have to handle POD\'s ( Dark stores ) with the given targeted metrices, Hiring of store managers, asst store managers and planning of roster as per business requirements, was on top of Pickers and loader efficiency to decrease the CPO. maintaining of FEFO/FIFO to minimize the expiry wastage of stock, Inventory management on theft and pilferage. Regular QC on the F&V to minimize the customer complaints.• Store Inwardings - Responsible for entire store operations for 24/7. Inwardings without any damages / shortages, 100% GRN & PR adherence. DSD inwardings and RTV Adherence • L&D - Was always on top of learning and development and giving training sessions to store team on the SOP\'s, metrics, people management, and personal development.• Metrics Achieved lowest O2B ( Order to billing )( picking and packing timings ) by 2.5 Mins. And the IGCC complaints were reduced to 0.8 % from 2%. FTR ( First time right ) was maintained 99.60 +. • Hiring - Hiring was one of my biggest strength. was always on top of hiring for new launch of store. • stake holder management - Store operations was involved with multiple stack holders like ( warehouse Team Cold. Ambient and F&V ) Lesioning team, HR Team, maintenance and facility team. • People management - Handling 200+ Employees including Store manager, Asst Store manager, Inventory controllers, pickers and loaders Was always a peoples manager by listening and answering them in a understanding way. coaching and training them for there skill development and further planning\'s.
