Conduct PPM, Initial, Inline and Final Inspection as per company procedure and follow AQL standard.Make the inspection with Woven, Knit, Sweater (Tops & Bottoms) and Underwear products.Supervision & Coordination of Quality Assurance activities.Make the weekly inspection schedule as per allocated suppliers and Distribute to team. Process Development and promotion of Quality Issues.Implementation of the Quality System with the new and existing supplier Season wise and yearly performance evaluation make for suppliers Make sure about the children safety as per USA standard Weekly check the metal safety program from my allocated suppliersFollow up the pull test, metal pass record, needle control policy as per brand standard Follow up the brand protection audit quarterly as company procedure Process implements with presentation and share with the teamConduct the RFT meeting monthly with Carters BD and international manufacturersCheck the all-HQ comments from our internal WEB link and check the products accordingly. Conducting quality Development seminars with the suppliers and conduct the workshop with our new and existing suppliers and explore about the brand value, safety and new things which can be easy to keep the standard value of products Check the mold/ Moisture control procedure in allocated suppliers as per brand requirementsMake the inspection report from our internal software/Inspecterio apps Review the data analysis/Defective point, Top 3 defects from inspecterio and take the corrective action to develop the suppliers Observed the factory CA/ Carters DS QA inspection data regularly and share the development opportunity Perform the CA training for supplier and train them as per company procedure Make the monthly CSR quick check from my allocated suppliersFollow-up all safety procedure as per brand standard
