Served as Co-Director for Operations & Communications in 2016 and 2017 and as Strategic Advisor, helping launch the Foundation in 2013 and support it since. The Foundation is dedicated to promoting emotional, relational and societal healing and well-being by disseminating a paradigm and practice of Self-discovery. Current priorities are to:(1) RESEARCH. Support independent research to examine empirical evidence regarding the IFS modality as an intervention in various psychotherapy clinical settings.(2) INCUBATE. Sponsor programs to offer the model (and its promising benefits) to schools, veteran agencies, and community organizations, among others, with the intent to \"help the helpers\" and, ultimately, help their service recipients (e.g, school students, military veterans and social-services recipients) cultivate inner calm and fortitude in the face of challenges and adversity.(3) ADVOCATE. Disseminate the Parts-and-Self view of the human psyche and its related self-reflective practice as a approach for understanding, building metaphorical bridges, and resolving conflicts within one\'s own thoughts and emotions and-from that starting point-within groups, organizations and communities, especially historically marginalized, to foster greater access to deeper healing, togetherness, and overall wellbeing.Peace of Mind.
