   Handle the day-to-day accounting and finance operations and full cycle accounting services. Report directly to CFO and co-founder. Responsibilities include handling and processing:*payroll,*full charge of AP and AR functions including understanding customer contracts and preparing invoices in accordance with the contracts, monitor aged receivables and ensure timely collections;*manage prepaids, accruals, deferred revenues, and fixed asset management;*manage non-income tax compliance including property tax, and Delaware tax filings;*creating and implementing various accounting processes and procedures;*ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close including booking journal entries and perform the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and financial statement preparation & financial reporting;*work with the operations team for POs and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that the spend is accurately reflected in the financial statements;*managing SOC audit process and collaborate with outside auditors as needed to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit;*supporting tax team;*managing with various human resources related responsibilities and compliance;*Assist with and complete ad hoc projects as needed.
