I opened the door to my technology career when I was working in a call center for a wireless company. I found a natural curiosity for the systems that enabled my team to do our jobs, along with the technology that supported our clients. I became the subject matter expert for technology projects requested by customer service. Eventually, I made the leap to directly contributing to those projects as a business analyst. I\'ve spent most of my career helping companies meet their business objectives through digital product delivery in various roles including business analyst, product owner, product manager, and delivery leader. Here are some highlights of my experiences:Built and Launched content delivery and messaging platforms to Vodafone operating companies across the globe.Brought mobile banking to Wholesale banking clients at Wells Fargo before mobile banking was an \"expectation\".Launched the first Digital Mortgage Application experiences at Rocket Mortgage with a large-scale marketing campaign letting clients \"Push Button - Get Mortgage\". This offering shaped the direction of Rocket Mortgage client experiences as of that day.Built and scaled the Central Authentication platform that secures the Rocket Companies client-facing properties.Created, Improved, and Maintained Mortgage Origination, Mortgage Servicing, Martech, and Fintech product offerings at Rocket Mortgage including Web and Mobile digital experiences.Enhanced Wholesale banking applications including FX, Wires, and Payments and Wells Fargo.Built and Launched Wells Fargo Wholesale Technology\'s mobile banking experience.I\'ve lead people, projects and products throughout these experiences. This has given me a well-rounded perspective on how to deliver value and made me a more empathetic leader.
