ABOUT DANIEL TOTH

Welcome to the story of my professional brand. My intent here is to give you a little insight beyond my work history and accomplishments to see how I\'ve grown and developed over my career path. I\'ve had the great fortune of working in a variety of industries across different continents. Each stop along this journey has afforded me the opportunity to learn from great leaders and experience different practices and methodologies that I believe have contributed to a well balanced and unique skill set.Along the way, I took risks and leaps of faith that took me to other other countries, took me out of my comfort zone and forced me to adapt to new and challenging landscapes. I soaked up as much knowledge, advice and best practices, not only from my superiors but from my peers as well. I\'d like to think that I positively impacted many of them too.Upon graduating university, my professional career began in sales for a conference company that allowed me to dabble into different industries. Naturally this caused me to gravitate towards certain industries where I saw my passion flourish and lead to success. I also developed an appreciation that hard work pays off and in the world of sales - the more you put in, the more you get out!In sales there is no doubt that you have to grind in order to achieve results. However in order to see true success you have to fully believe in the value of your offerings while understanding the needs of your clients. LinkedIn has provided me with a fantastic opportunity to be part of sales team that helps companies in Canada find the best passive talent in the world. It is a well known fact that \"people\" are a company\'s greatest asset, and I\'m truly happy to be part of the team here that is helping bring the right people to the right roles! As my journey continues, I find myself at LinkedIn surrounded by a vast pool of talented colleagues. I have no doubt that my education and progression in sales will continue to flourish.
