Elicit business and functional requirements from a diverse set of stakeholders and effectively compile and document these needs for systems design and development• Participate in defining and recommending system solutions to meet business goals and product requirements which satisfy legal, regulatory and client requirements• Develop and validate test cases, scenarios, and scripts for system releases and conduct process analysis, gap analysis and investigation of existing functionality• Contribute to the implementation of new products and communicate effectively between internal and external stakeholders to ensure product satisfaction is maintained• Act as project lead in some instances and support the Project manager to ensure that the project remains within timelines and that there is no scope creep• Manage the execution of system testing, User Accepting Tests (UAT), User Signoffs, integration testing, validations, data conversion activities, Production Cutover Planning, and go-live readiness activities to achieve a 98% pass rate for test case
