Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations using Entra ID, iCM, ABM, etc, ensuring strong authentication and user provisioning practices across business units. Drive regulatory compliance efforts, producing documentation for internal and external audits aligned with frameworks such as NIST 800-53, HIPAA, RMF, NIST CSF, ISO/IEC, etc. Collaborate with the rest of IT, HR, and Compliance departments to integrate security policy changes and risk mitigation strategies. Execute internal phishing simulations and develop security awareness training materials to build a culture of security throughout the organization. Regularly draft incident response reports and technical summaries for C-suite stakeholders and board-level presentations.
