   As the founder of BeSomeone, I am leading a non-profit initiative to provide every teen with a free, safe, and private AI life coach, addressing the teen mental health crisis through proactive, preventative support.Our mission began as a viral youth movement of trained volunteers providing free peer-to-peer life coaching. To scale this mission and address the staggering rates of student disengagement and anxiety, I have evolved our model. I personally developed \"Coach Bee,\" a sophisticated AI chatbot designed to help teens be self-directed, build resilience, and navigate difficult emotions. To ensure our coaching is effective,\'Coach Bee\':* Uses evidence-based techniques from CBT and positive psychology.* Draws from an extensive knowledge base of expertise I curated from leading authors and researchers in adolescent psychology, habit formation, and success mindsets.* Helps teens build durable skills through a proprietary skill-building framework I created—The BeSomeone Five Talents—which is based on multiple intelligences theory.To deploy this solution globally, I authored a comprehensive partnership and outreach strategy to align the \"BeSomeone\" mission with the core corporate priorities of major youth social platforms.
