About Tory Rodriguez
In May 2014 I graduated from Marquette University with my Master\'s of Science in Human Resources. While studying I interned in compensation and benefits at A.O. Smith and during my final semester was a Graduate Assistant in the Graduate School of Management. I found my interest in HR as an undergraduate at the University of Arizona. There I received my Bachelor\'s of Science in Business Management with a minor in Psychology in December 2012. I returned to Albuquerque for a technical campus recruiting position at Sandia National Laboratories to pursue my passion for HR. Since then I have recruited top STEM talent at over a dozen universities across the nation. In 2019 I transitioned to a new role focusing on recruiting and hiring for both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, two of Sandia’s top hiring disciplines. In February 2020 I began my transition into HR Data Analytics. I continue to stay involved in my community through Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentor 2.0/3.0, Junior League of Albuquerque, my local fraternity alumnae chapter and Sandia Labs softball league!
