Sales isn’t a transaction but an art and a science. The Art: It requires empathy, patience, grace, curiosity, “classy” competitive approach and rhythm, to form strong client and partner/ channel relationships. The Science: Through a recipe consisting of certain frameworks (such as Outcome based selling, consultative selling,Value selling etc.) and with tools like MEDDPICC and a strong Account strategy/ Territory strategy I can help lead teams to success by inspiring a driven curious mindset and a passion for consultative, client servitude in sales organizations. Oh, and both take a LOT of practice :)Who am I? I am a driven, dedicated, and experienced Sales and Enablement Leader with a demonstrated history In the field, working in the software/ tech space. My role requires a deep understanding of sales processes and business strategy, allowing me to coach diverse teams and refine their sales techniques. I live for communicating and building relationships and processes that help all find their best sales -self. Whether someone is new to sales or they are seasoned professionals, the key to help them thrive is always refining their approach. I wear many hats ( don\'t we all!).from coaching healthy, wealthy pipeline practices, to shaping a consultative client approach to coaching executive teams and managers on specific enablement strategies for shorter sales cycles and confident/ competent sales teams. I am very comfortable and enjoy speaking in front of a crowd, small or large, whether it be leading a training session, or leading a presentation to provide clarity and simplicity to executive teams. I am passionate, positive, energetic, and always inspired by a good challenge! Continuing the challenge of work-life balance, I love camping, hiking, beach days, and traveling feeds my core.
