Tory Matese is a partner in Foley & Lardner\'s Transactional & Securities and Private Equity & Venture Capital Practices, and a key member of the Supply Chain, Medical Device, Innovative Technology, and Health Care & Life Sciences teams. She advises a diverse range of clients—from emerging businesses to multinational corporations—on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, project finance, and general corporate matters.With deep experience in the defense, government services, aerospace, healthcare, and data analytics sectors, Tory guides clients through the full lifecycle of corporate growth. She has extensive knowledge of entity formation and governance, and is adept at negotiating and drafting key operational agreements, including purchase and merger documents, technology licenses, supply and distribution agreements, joint venture arrangements, and equity incentive plans.
