I am often asked,\"what is your elevator pitch, tell me about yourself\"? Well, I am not sure I\'ve perfected that 60-second speech just yet. However, my response is that Tory is passionate about 3 things.people, data, and continuous improvement.I am a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric leader with 20 years of business operations, technology delivery, and business intelligence/analytics experience. I have successfully defined and executed enterprise strategies that enabled data-driven business decisions and actions—increasing stakeholder value and competitive advantage. A few notable accomplishments are- Built and managed high-performing, global analytics organizations that delivered solutions on time, on budget, and with superior quality and usability—putting the right people in the right places to be successful- Deployed self-service analytics solutions that enabled easy access to business insights, key performance indicators, and solutions that promoted data discovery for business users- Developed functional-level data and analytics strategies (people, processes, and tools) for various capabilities across the value chain (i.e. product management, finance, sales, and marketing)Throughout my professional and academic career, I have successfully executed and demonstrated the following skill sets and leadership competencies:1.
