Leading a team of ~18 Subject Matter Experts, professionals, technicians and students within the core ALDESHQSS organization serving deployed IHS professionals, programmatic and operations clientele with effective IHS programs, policies and support. Portfolio of H&S programs include: Asbestos, Beryllium, Biosafety, Chemical Safety, Confined Space, Exposure Assessment, Glovebox Safety, Hearing Conservation, Laser Safety, Lead and other toxic metals, Medial Surveillance, Non-Ionizing Radiation, PPE, Respiratory Protection, Silica, Thermal Stress and Welding. Current foci include: 1) Process Improvements for Respiratory Protection Program, Beryllium Program and Medical Surveillance Program. 2) Quality Improvements for: Group program documents, manuals, reports and additional communications, both verbal and written.
