I am an experienced Engineer with a focus on Modern Workplace Technologies and Methodologies based on Microsoft 365. With over 15 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping customers solve problems, create new strategies, and maximize their investments.My journey into technology began in Christmas 1997 when my parents convinced Santa Claus to bring me a new PC with Windows 95 installed. From that day on, I was fascinated by computers, electronics, and software. I immersed myself in learning everything available about computers at the time and became one of the first computer specialists at my school.My formal education in information technology provided me with a solid foundation, covering everything from UNIX to OS/2, and from Oracle to SQL Server. This diverse background naturally led me to develop a deep relationship with Microsoft Technology.In 2004, I joined the Business Productivity Area, focusing on SharePoint and Office Communications Server, the predecessors of what we know today as Office 365.Guess what? I\'m still learning and sharing my experiences and ideas with everyone interested in achieving more. My journey has been driven by a passion for technology and a commitment to helping others succeed.
