As Vice President and Carrier Relations Executive for our Pacific Northwest offices, I work closely with the carrier relations team to foster and strengthen relationships with our strategic carrier partners. We take a collaborative approach to ensure that our partnerships are mutually beneficial, aligning the goals and priorities of both IMA and the carriers we work with. Together, we identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our partnerships, ensuring that we stay ahead of market trends and that our clients receive the most competitive and relevant insurance solutions availableAs the primary point of contact for our Pacific Northwest offices, I serve as a key liaison between our regional teams and the broader enterprise goals of IMA. I work closely with local office leaders and account teams to ensure that our efforts align with the overarching priorities and strategic initiatives of the organization, ensuring consistency and coordination across all regions.In this role, I support our teams by navigating the complexities of the insurance marketplace, delivering customized marketing assistance to help our teams develop risk management programs that address client needs and foster business growth. Whether it\'s offering strategic guidance on carrier selection, or providing market insights, my focus is on ensuring our teams have the resources and expertise necessary to create optimal solutions for our clients.
