Representing Public-Entities as Plaintiffs in environmental actions. Consistently serves in leadership roles in mass tort cases, including Eaton Fire, Mosquito Fire, Marshall Fire, and Fairview Fire litigation. Notably resolved over $1.7 Billion in wildfire claims on behalf of public entities and individuals since 2018. Torri also represents numerous school districts in litigation against leading e-cigarette manufacturer \"JUUL\" for hooking minors on nicotine through marketing campaigns and product design. For her work in the wildfire cases, Torri received the California Lawyer Attorney of the Year Award by the Daily Journal in 2020. Torri cares deeply for the future of the environment and the next generation, and is proud to work to protect the environment against corporate negligence.
