About Torri Shack
I am a strategic partnerships and program leader with more than fifteen years of experience building cross-sector collaborations that drive organizational growth and measurable social impact. My work sits at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, corporate engagement, and systems design — helping organizations translate complex challenges into scalable programs, partnerships, and operational frameworks. Throughout my career, I have led initiatives that bring together corporations, nonprofits, healthcare systems, and public institutions to strengthen community well-being, workforce resilience, and organizational sustainability. I have built national partnerships, launched new program portfolios, implemented operational systems, and developed coalition-based initiatives that expand impact across sectors. As Founder and CEO of Tangible Movement, I built a national nonprofit focused on mental health education, resilience, and suicide prevention. I later served as Head of Programs and Partnerships for The LGBTQ+ Center of Southern Nevada, where I was engaged by executive leadership to restructure the organization’s programming portfolio and strengthen cross-sector partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, and corporate stakeholders. In addition to nonprofit leadership, I have held senior business development and partnership roles in the private sector, helping organizations scale operations, implement CRM systems, and build structured pipelines for strategic growth. This combination of corporate and nonprofit experience allows me to bridge sectors and develop solutions that resonate with both mission-driven organizations and business leaders. I currently serve on the Lived Experience Advisory Committee for the Suicide Prevention Resource Center, contributing lived-experience perspectives to national suicide prevention initiatives.
