As a recruiter, my day to day consists of working with the top IT professionals in the local market to help them find their dream job! I focus primarily in the Applications Division here, even more specifically within Software Development. This means I do everything from sourcing the candidate, helping them create a resume, technically screen them, and coordinate interviews and extend offers! I am also responsible for delivering performance feedback, coordinating the consultants first/last day of work, help them get set up with benefits and make sure they get paid! The best part of my job is that I never stop learning and I get to meet so many new and interesting people.
