I build internal products and automation systems that remove operational friction. Today I work at Apple Music as a Business Systems Architect, where I take ambiguous, cross functional problems and turn them into shipped tools that teams actually adopt. My work lives at the intersection of operations, systems architecture, and stakeholder communication. I move from discovery to prototype to production quickly, then I measure adoption and keep iterating.I am hands on and full stack. I write the code, design the data model, and ship production systems end to end. That includes building integrations and APIs, setting up cloud or serverless environments, creating data pipelines, and putting CI/CD in place so tools are reliable and maintainable.A big part of my focus is using AI in practical, reliable ways. I have been implementing AI across internal tools to speed up validation, improve decision making, and reduce manual work. I pair that with the fundamentals that make systems durable: clean data models, integrations, access controls, and governance.Outside of Apple, I run Airvues, where I have delivered custom systems across 300+ businesses. That consulting experience gives me a strong customer delivery engine and a repeatable approach: clarify the real problem, build something usable fast, integrate it into the existing stack, and make it scalable.I am especially strong in roles where I can bridge strategy and execution.
