   I oversee procurement for an array of government projects with portfolios ranging from to manage complex relationships with both vendor and customer, and maintain a COR Level I certification. I collect and leverage data to better understand big picture operations and optimize processes, pinpointing lags and coordinating with local and remote teams for process improvement. I have worked within existing systems and with operational pivots to find cost savings for ongoing and future projects. I oversee the workflow of public diplomacy tools from origin to delivery and manage a public diplomacy program that engages with thousands of individuals in hard-to-reach communities around the world. I regularly communicate with and meet the needs of VIP stakeholders across the globe, including U.S. Ambassadors. I built and maintain our office SharePoint site and data access both internal and external. I work every day in pursuit of soft diplomacy, using fine art to spread the message of American democracy.
