ABOUT TORI RIDLEY
In 2019, I joined the human resources industry as a recruiter. I found new ways to improve the applicant flow and track applicant progress. As a team, we found new ways to integrate into the community and provide resources those in need. In 2020, we adapted to the new and unknown by hosting drive-through job fairs with non-profits. In 2021, I was promoted to an Employment Specialist and was given the opportunity to have more impact in the recruiting industry. In addition to my work at Express, I am a part of a ministry that serves incarcerated women, offering them hope and resources to re-integrate into the community.
