I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Fertility Coach, and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) Practitioner with a background in education and over 20 years of direct clinical experience, and more than three decades in teaching and guiding women through emotional healing, subconscious alignment, and nervous system regulation during major life transitions.I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum adjustment, anxiety, and reproductive emotional health. My approach focuses on identifying and resolving subconscious patterns, stress responses, and emotional conditioning that can contribute to anxiety, overwhelm, and feeling disconnected from the body.My work integrates clinical hypnotherapy, RTT®, HeartMath® coherence techniques, nervous system regulation practices, and training in the 3Keys HypnoFertility® and Hypnobirthing methods to support calm, confidence, and emotional resilience.
