Reporting to the Engagement Coordinator and Director, Engagement; I was responsible for the creation of new effective marketing strategies to better engage with our donors, event participants, and Thunder Bay 50/50 buyers-Implemented data-driven solutions to transition the organization and revolutionize how we communicated/marketed key initiatives like the Thunder Bay 50/50 and Our Hearts at Home Campaign-Responsible for creating a data archival solution to store and manage decades worth of digital files; while making them accessible for all of our employees and stakeholders-Leveraged the power of underutilized historical data to create lookalike audiences and implement targeted email campaigns; it was during this time that the organization began to see large increases in sales revenue and donations yielded from the deployment of these strategies (during December 2021, the Thunder Bay 50/50 hit a record high of in sales)-Modernized and revamped the Foundation’s website; this included writing new article copy, updating hundreds of pages, creating new engaging donor funnels and ensuring website responsiveness/design integrity-Created visually compelling graphics, illustrations and layouts for various marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts and website elements (Tbaytel Motorcycle Ride for Dad marketing material, Thunder Bay 50/50 marketing materials, Chronicle Journal advertisements, TBNewsWatch banner ads and pop-up ads).
