Morningstar is a global investment research firm offering data, analysis, and tools to individual investors and institutional clients- Led internal UX design efforts to redesign the information architecture of morningstar.com for prospective B2B clients- Designed wireframes for key pages intended to convert unknown visitors into marketing-qualified leads and amplify Morningstar’s brand awareness- Pioneered the company’s first product taxonomy encompassing over 100 products and sub-products, each linked to their respective family brands, segments, capabilities, and use cases- Collaborated with internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary team of other designers, copywriters, SEO experts, developers, and project managers- Conducted UX audits to improve website navigation and optimize downstream funnel metrics of Morningstar’s marketing landing pages- Merged Morningstar’s formerly disparate thought leadership pieces under one integrated taxonomy
