Tori Weeks is an accomplished professional with a deep expertise in Human Resources and health and productivity analytics. As of July 2018, she has been a key member of Prudential’s Health and Productivity Team (HPAC), initially supporting the West National/Premier Region. Her exemplary performance led to her promotion in November 2024 to the position of Head of the Health and Productivity Analytics Consulting Practice at Prudential Group Insurance.Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Tori\'s role involves leading a team of Regional Directors, the Manager of Analytics, and Senior Analysts for HPAC across the nation. She collaborates closely with customers\' HR teams to manage various aspects of lost time and absence management, including data gathering, trend analysis, industry benchmarking, and the development of return to work/stay at work plans.Before joining Prudential, Tori amassed over 29 years of experience in benefits services at The Ohio State University, a major public university. In her previous role, she directed the Integrated Absence Management & Vocational Services and Unemployment Program at the university\'s Office of Human Resources. She managed a team of approximately 18 professionals who handled services related to disability, workers\' compensation, unemployment, and family medical leave.One of Tori\'s significant achievements at The Ohio State University includes centralization of absence management and the design and development of the Transitional Work Policy for the university and its medical centers, which resulted in substantial financial savings. Her efforts saved the university $4.2 million in the first year and continued to save approximately $23 million over time. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in changing Ohio legislation through HB487, allowing university hospitals to self-insure workers\' compensation. This legislative change, signed into law by Governor John Kasich in 2012, made The Ohio State University the first public institution in Ohio to self-insure workers\' compensation.Tori Weeks\' extensive background and accomplishments illustrate her expertise and leadership in the fields of human resources, benefits services, and health and productivity analytics.
