Collaborate and work directly with the NA-193.3 program office - providing technical and program management support. Developed and enhance a comprehensive risk-informed scheduling methodology: delivering a tailored schedule uncertainty and risk analysis tool to NA-193.3 – increasing fidelity in material delivery date projections to inform timing and resource planning decisions for downstream production and testing activities at the NNSA labs/plants/sites. Schedule Analysis expertise utilizing Primavera (P6) and IMS frameworks throughout NNSA labs/plants/sites, NNSA Weapon Modernization Programs, and DOD Joint Munitions Program.
