I work with our Quantify customers and partners to understand the needs and challenges of their organisation that led them to want to streamline their R&D claims process.My day to day work involves coaching key stakeholders, both at customers and our partner organisations, on embedding the use of the Quantify platform and getting the most out of platform features. I also act as the link between customers and our technical team.
