I’m an HR leader with deep experience in labor strategy, organizational transformation, and building capability in large, complex field operations. I’ve spent the last several years leading high-change initiatives across 13 states, designing operating models, standing up new organizations, guiding union and non-union environments, and helping senior leaders navigate workforce strategy with clarity.My work tends to sit at the intersection of transformation, talent, and labor.
