   Ferrovial Construction has been appointed Project Management Office (\"PMO\") for The New Terminal One at JFK Airport project.The Terminal will offer an enhanced user experience of over 2.5 million square feet upon completion, being the largest terminal at New York’s JFK Airport. T1 will offer the highest levels of passenger experience at JFK through a completely new state-of-the-art terminal building, creating a compelling proposition for airlines and users. The Terminal will be built in phases, with plans for full completion in approximately 2030. It will feature natural-lit public spaces with cutting-edge technology to enhance the customer experience. The terminal will offer passengers more than square feet of recreational, dining, retail, and lounge space.As Human Resources Manager for Ferrovial Construction JFK T1, LLC, my duties consist of the following- Manage initiatives for training, development, and succession planning- Manage and ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Including, but not limited to, EEO, Civil Rights, OJT, Davis Bacon, Pay Equity, COBRA, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA- HRIS Management within Workday and UKG (UltiPro)- Manage and maintain company standards by ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors- Foster collaborative partnerships with executive management, department managers, and other management- Develop, implement, and oversee human resources policies, procedures, and programs for Ferrovial Construction JFK T1, LLC- Assist with our immigration workflow through our legal partners
