Develop, design, promote and oversee the Corporate Wellness Program for all company locations through implementing and managing lifestyle and health promotion projects, education events and activities that are established for the purpose of cultivating interest and encouraging HDR employees and their family members to create and maintain healthy lifestyles-Work with Human Resources and Executive Leadership to analyze wellness needs of the company and analyze data for effectiveness of program including cost savings, ROI, and utilization-Serve as Chair of the HDR Wellness Council who function to instrumentally guide wellness programming as well as strategic goals that align with the strategic goals of the company-Serve as the local Wellness Coordinator chair to provide guidance to the Omaha Wellness Teams to develop local wellness initiatives and community involvement-Collaborate with the Wellness Coordinator(s) and HR Representatives at each company location on implementing recommended corporate and local wellness initiatives-Develop relationships with HDR wellness partners, insurance carrier and wellness vendors to foster optimal use of resources to address HDRs strategic wellness goals-Manage, research and deliver innovative wellness programming ideas company wide-Communicate, present and provide continual engagement opportunities to established programming such as annual biometric screenings, flu shots, smoking cessation and HDRs wellness incentive program-Keep current HDRs Wellness Intranet site and Wellness Coordinators SharePoint site.
