ABOUT TORI BREMNER

I am a process engineer at AGC Biologics in Bothell, WA where I am primarily responsible for the microbial biologics production facility. I specialize in microbial control and contamination investigations in multi-use systems, and I also have single-use experience. I have a deep passion for biotech and pharmaceutical production stemming from my personal health journey. I thrive in hectic, high pressure environments, and I am highly motivated to bring life changing therapies to patients in need. I bring over 8 years of industry experience designing and commissioning process equipment and CIP processes, troubleshooting process and cleaning failures in multi-use systems, and managing capital projects ranging from $100k to $40M. I have worked in capital projects engineering as well as facilities maintenance engineering, giving me a well-rounded understanding of equipment design requirements. I am a voting member of the ASME BPE Systems Design subcommittee, the committee that writes the standard to which biotech production equipment is designed. I have worked on the owner side and consulted at biotech client sites in GMP environments. I have experience both in large scale and clinical scale biotech production.
