The Group’s interest-bearing debt of 31 billion is diversified between bank and capital market instruments.Main responsibilities- Coordinator and member of the Investment Committee and the Real Estate Portfolio Committee - Origination and execution of real estate investments and M&A opportunities- Develop and maintain financial and investment strategies and associated policies- Prepare and present financing and investment proposals to the Investment Committee, executive management, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors- Ensure predictable and stable access to financing for the Entra Group- Management and optimization of the Group\'s financing mix- Managing the financial risk profile- Establish and maintain Moody\'s public credit rating- Responsible for financial forecasting activities and management of group financial model- Responsible for the finance area in the quarterly and annual reporting processes- Develop capital markets and investor relations - Deliver company presentations and participate in meetings with investors and analysts
