As plan manager I am responsible for organizing and mobilizing personnel to own department, building a good team, report department activity and ensure that the department is working under and know internal and external requirements, rules and laws. In addition, I had the role of project owner for several improvement and change projects in which the planning area is affected, and through these projects helped to increase the value for both Aibel and customer. Further development and improvement of project execution is something I\'m passionate about, and has been important for me in the role of plan manager.Tasks as plan manager are establishing and follow up project plans in the contract, that they are coordinated and compatible - also interfaced with customer, subcontractors and suppliers. In addition, the plan manager \'s responsibility to evaluate project plans and project progress and development, identify risks and areas of focus, and report this to the project director.
