A core strength is translating innovative ideas into sustainable programs supported by strong fiscal management. I have successfully garnered and managed over 250K in grants for various STEAM−based programs. This includes securing the initial capital to launch ambitious initiatives, such as raising 35K last year to start a FIRST FRC competitive robotics team and leading successful fundraising efforts that brought in over 100K to grow the Outdoor Education program. This effort included personally authoring and securing a 20K grant from the American Water Charitable Foundation.My leadership reflects a commitment to systems thinking and adaptability across diverse programmatic domains:• Programmatic Leadership: Leading the school-wide Project-Based Learning (PBL) vision and implementation plan, including necessary tracking and evaluation of projects for continuous improvement.• Technology Integration: Coordinating and assessing an innovative assistive technology and digital literacy scope & sequence, and providing expert instructional coaching to faculty on topics ranging from the appropriate use of technology to the application of generative AI in education.• Flexible Program Development: Directly launching and directing entirely new, non-traditional student experiences, such as the full Outdoor Education program, and growing exploratory and competitive FIRST Robotics programs.Committed to modeling continuous growth and improvement, I hold certifications as an Apple Distinguished Educator and Google Certified Innovator.    One of a team presenting on varied education topics, including assistive technologies, strength based learning, generative AI in education, and more.\"Chartwell Teaching Institute (CTI) offers professional development courses to educators who want to expand their knowledge base and incorporate evidence based practices in their classroom. At the heart of the institute is our week-long International Dyslexia Association (IDA) Accredited Structured Literacy Course. This workshop is based in the Science of Reading and offered at both the elementary and secondary levels for general education and special education teachers. We lead additional workshops that focus on supporting students in specific areas of learning, such as executive functioning, assistive technology, and social emotional academic development.\"
