As a Project Manager, I was responsible for overseeing project management in parallel with managing the project\'s day-to-day operations. This dual responsibility was critical to the achievement of both short-term and long-term goals, playing a vital and strategic role in the company’s success. I led investment projects that varied in nature, including construction projects as well as import/export initiatives. Each project required a tailored approach, either product-based or phase-based, to ensure effective management and execution. My role demanded a deep understanding of how to adjust project plans to meet the unique requirements of each sector, while maintaining a clear focus on budget, time management, and coordination between multiple stakeholders.I actively employed Agile Project Management methodologies to efficiently handle complex projects, especially in global trade contexts, where financial metrics and deadlines were critical. My responsibilities included coordinating between various levels of execution, ensuring seamless communication and progress tracking. I regularly prepared and presented daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management and key stakeholders. I particularly thrived in high-pressure situations, working alongside a team of professionals, leveraging diverse skill sets, and fostering a disciplined yet empathetic environment. This approach led to the successful delivery of high-performance projects, often surpassing expectations, and achieving outstanding, unforeseen results.
