ABOUT OLIVER WATON
Hello! I\'m Ollie. I\'ve spent my thirty-something years on this planet almost exclusively making noise in some way or other. Whether that was playing drums and percussion in bands and orchestras as a child, mixing sound for theatre shows in my teens, touring as a session musician and musical director throughout my twenties, or leading the audio teams & mixing music for some of the biggest shows on TV, I\'ve always simply delighted in making things sound good.More recently, I have found myself at the helm of some major global music format commissions which I have devised, developed and Exec. Produced, which is an amazing exercise in combining all of the myriad skills I\'ve learned in my years in the creative industries. Show creation aside, I continue to work as an Audio Director and Sound Supervisor globally, and working on some of the biggest shows on the box: Squid Game the Challenge (Netflix), Building the Band (Netflix), Love Island (ITV), and The Neighbourhood (ITV) for some 2024/2025 examples. As well as Live Music and concert films, having recently mixed shows for Jacob Collier, Ed Sheeran, Björk, Noel Gallagher, and Greenday.So, whether it\'s in a studio, sound stage, on a beach, or in an arena, if you need it to sound good, I\'m probably a good fit for the project.
