Send via email notices of regular meetings to all members. Keep full and accurate records of the proceedings. Aid, coordinate, and integrate the work of the several committees. Submit reports to 121 Georgia NAACP Units. Submit to Georgia NAACP Units at its annual meeting an annual report of the status and activities of the State Conference. Sign requisitions for disbursements from the NAACP State Conference Treasury and maintain a file of receipts. Serve as an ex-officio member of all committees except the Nominating Committee and the Election Supervisory Committee. Keep a record of all Conference Units and Assessments. Serve as the State Conference Compliance Officer.
