As a Strategic Advisor to the Board at BoardPAC, I spearhead strategic growth initiatives and capital raising activities for the leading board meeting automation solution provider. With over 25 years of experience in the financial technology industry, I leverage my extensive expertise in market analysis, development strategy, and new business development to help BoardPAC navigate complex industry challenges and seize untapped opportunities.I am also the Founder and CEO of USTOCKTRADE LLC, the parent company of Ustocktrade, the world’s first Alternative Trading System (ATS) designed exclusively for retail investors. Ustocktrade offers same-day trade settlement (T+0) and democratizes access to the stock market for all investors, bringing Wall Street to Main Street. Ustocktrade was purposefully founded to financially support The Cainan Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) charity that I co-founded in 2010 to build boarding schools for disadvantaged children globally.Prior to USTOCKTRADE, I was the head of Global Business Development for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where I created partnerships with global exchanges and developed market infrastructures. I also rebuilt the LSEG trading platform and led operational improvement projects. Previously, I founded Millennium IT (MIT) and served as the CEO and most recently the Chairman of the board. I pioneered innovations in smart order routing, matching engines, surveillance, and clearance for global stock exchanges before MIT was acquired by LSEG in 2009.I am a passionate entrepreneur and philanthropist who strives to create wealth building opportunities for all investors and to make a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged children. I have been recognized with multiple honors, including the Presidential Honors Sri Lanka Sikhamani and the ICT Lifetime Achiever Award. I speak Sinhalese and English fluently.
