I am a Human Resources professional with a background that blends finance, people operations, and cross-industry experience.I began my career in finance, but transitioned into Human Resources because I wanted to make a more meaningful impact on the people side of organizations. I’m passionate about supporting employees, improving workplace processes, and helping organizations build stronger cultures.Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience across a variety of industries, including financial services, utilities, hospitality, and luxury retail where I’ve supported HR operations, employee experience initiatives, and people-related processes.My diverse background has given me a unique perspective on how organizations operate and how Human Resources can play a strategic role in supporting both employees and business objectives. I’m particularly interested in HR operations, people analytics, and HR technology, and I’m motivated by opportunities to improve the employee experience through thoughtful processes and data-driven insights.
