Experienced leader in the medical device industry. Engineer, leader and mentor by nature and training who has held a broad spectrum of technical and commercial roles leading multi-disciplinary teams. Passionate about empowering high performing teams and cultivating employee-centric cultures. I love using my skills and experience to increase the quality of people\'s lives through the products I\'ve had the privilege of bringing to market. A piece of advice from a college professor that deeply impacted me was,\"Ideas are cheap. Implementation is costly.\" Two personal mantras that have guided me are \"Patients >> Profits\" and \"Relationships >> Results\". I originally meant them to keep me focused on what\'s important, but I\'ve seen over and over again how a relentless focus on patients (paired with a good plan) almost always leads to success. Similarly, investment in healthy working relationships (along with good leadership) always seems to yield the kind of results that only a strong team can achieve.
