Working at all levels from Group Exec to Operational Users in directing and applying the use of Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Science solutions. Conceived, designed and built an analytical solution “Arrears Dimensions” delivered through Power BI using Direct Query over an Azure SQL database incrementally pulling data from the Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 FinOps and Aspect Call Operational systems. Two core components of the solution are 1) targeting screen drawn from a large number of classification techniques to prioritise the Accounts to work and 2) insight pages which give the Account Specialist very quick insight over the Account financials, work done prior, process insight etc. Metrics confirm Arrears has declined where the solution has been used, it also helps flag up Data Issues and Cases the operational system isn’t presenting. Conceived, designed and built an analytical solution “Repairs Dimensions” like it’s sister solution AD generates insight over Repairs data, keyword intelligence combined with tagging sets of data criteria it offers a very powerful quick interaction into helping identify issues and drill through to the detail within the Clarion estate. A tag weighting system was employed to implement Business knowledge into ordering data. Other solution-based work includes the use of advanced query techniques to identify Data Issues and present them in a self-service easy to understand form using Power BI, a number of analytical requests to support the business.
