ABOUT TONY RANDHAWA
I stared my career as a Research Analyst at CBRE where I learned the fundamentals of the Canadian commercial real estate market. I then joined the Capital Markets Group at Avison Young as a Financial Analyst and quickly grew into a producing role where I became one of the top producing Emerging Leaders in the country. My team and I facilitated investment and partnership deals for the sale and development of commercial property throughout Western Canada. I\'m now at K&H Developments, which is the real estate development arm of Eagle Builders LP. Eagle Builders is a Canadian based manufacturing and construction company specializing in the design, engineering, fabrication and building of precast concrete structures. In my role as Vice President, I oversee all areas of our investment and development business including site acquisition, project underwriting, deal structuring, financing, development management and portfolio management.
