ABOUT TONY POTTER FIH

Presently serving on the Board of Millennium and Copththorne Hotels. Patron of Plymouth University Hotel School and visiting lecturer.I started a consultancy with my son Jason, after 40 or so enjoyable years in corporate life and now act as a private business consultant to service, hospitality and retail organisations. This was a breath of fresh air driven by helping people achieve great strides and working with my talented son and co-founder, Jason who now runs an independent business along side. others. Not everyone gets the pleasure of working with their best friend. Sure, there are challenges but the results are awesome. Combine this with great clients, being able to work with organisations to develop world class service, implement complementary social media strategies and develop talent across a wide range of skills and it is all beginning to be exciting and rewarding. Then came, Vistage. After embarking on their thorough selection and development program I felt equipped with a professional process that would enable me to put my passion for helping people to succeed in their business and personal lives to good use. This moved me on naturally into the areas of coaching and mentoring of businesses and individuals.Prior a long professional career as global CEO, MD, COO and Hotel General Manager.I am dedicated to the belief in continual learning and the benefits of coaching. In line with that I continue to study with the Noble Manhattan organisation in order to continually achieve world class standards as a master coach.My main interests now focus on assisting organisations and individuals to make it happen.
