I am a business and technology consultant and executive leader who thrives on challenging the status quo to drive efficiency. I bring deep healthcare domain expertise to my role, having led various components of Information Services at the largest Indiana healthcare system for nearly 10 years. There, I led multiple teams of 50+ with total annual budgets of over $25M. I also led the implementation of a multi-year cloud-based data warehousing transformation and advanced analytics strategy that allowed me to service the urgent need of health care systems to extract value from data investments; particularly through predictive and prescriptive analytics that go beyond basic trend analysis. Today, I lead delivery on healthcare client engagements and the advancement of Resultant\'s commercial healthcare practice. I currently lead a project with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to build out a cloud-based data lakehouse containing vaccination data, disease surveillance data, and other critical health information. Value has been realized by greatly reducing the time required by epidemiologists to curate and prepare data sources for analysis. My professional experience transcends the provider side of healthcare, as I’ve built teams and delivered technology solutions across industries: from consumer packaged goods at Kraft Foods to the payer side of healthcare at Anthem, to property and casualty insurance at Liberty Mutual.    Healthcare Practice My role spans delivery, sales, and offering development. I’m currently leading multiple health and human services client engagements while helping to advance Resultant\'s commercial healthcare practice and bring additional value to the organizations we support.At Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), I manage two concurrent engagements. The first is a cloud-based data lake house built to ensure Colorado is prepared for the next pandemic-level event. Today, we maintain the platform while delivering feature enhancements and adding new data sources. The second is a web-based refugee health tracking application that manages healthcare data for individuals resettling in Colorado, tracking vaccination records, infectious disease screening, and clinic referrals.I also lead an engagement for the City of Ontario, California that has established data governance frameworks and deployed training around these to the city. We are currently evaluating centralized data platform options and software architecture for a potential 2026 implementation. I also serve as the healthcare advisory lead in advancing and expanding Resultant\'s commercial healthcare offering. This work leverages my deep background in health system operations and data analytics.
