In this role, I am responsible for the vision, design, delivery and operational support for a number of Apple\'s critical customer data systems and platforms. These platforms provide data acquisition, streaming, retention, analysis and learning at large scale (100s of TPS). They supply Apple with unique customer insights and enable personalization and anomaly detection at scale without compromising customer privacy. My team delivers high volume anomaly detection, NLP, recommendations and tagging services using advanced machine learning techniques.\\\\n\\\\nI have also lead teams that focussed on implementing strong cyber defenses and fraud prevention measures to protect assets and customers.
