About Tony Masero
My practice centers on advising financial institutions in a variety of contexts, including the negotiation of transactions, the navigation of applicable regulations, and multi-jurisdictional disputes, with a particular focus in structured finance. My experience includes representing clients in matters pertaining to asset-backed securities and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. My work has required me to familiarize myself with legal and marketplace developments relevant to FinTech, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology. I also have acted as pro bono counsel in a variety of cases, ranging from immigration matters to family law. I began my legal career at Jones Day in 2015, and I rejoined the Firm in 2017, following a clerkship at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
