I am a senior Project Manager and strategic leader with extensive experience in front-line, compliance and back-office business and technology programs and their organized and successful implementation to achieve a business competitive advantage and DELIVER VALUE. I am a program and project management \'expert\', including predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies, and I have initiated and managed several project Management offices previously. There is strategic enterprise value to the PMO, with real bottom-line impacts, in addition to the value they provide. I have experience in general and IT audit, ITIL methodology implementation, portfolio and project governance, Lean process improvement, and strategic planning toward high-quality focused processes. I am creative and believe that the project managers Accountability (RACI reference) is to the consistent application of the project lifecycle and project management tools that ultimately enable the project team\'s creativity.I have spent a career considering and applying elements of Customer Service in each and every project. It is sadly beginning to be a dying art. Yet it will be the only thing that separates businesses that are sought for their services repeatedly.I have completed my MBA at Wilmington University. I am now continuing toward my doctorate (DBA) in business administration. I am now focusing my development and education on the topic of delivering CUSTOMER service in an internal service capacity for an I.T. department. I am also researching the creation of a NEW project management methodology that places primary emphasis on delivering successful outcomes through a two person, successive, management of core project elements in two phases, which will contribute the most to successful business outcomes and also mitigate consistently measured project risks using objective Project Manager leadership.
