   Provided executive leadership for the organization to assess the cyber security of Wells Fargo Operating Committee members’ (CEO & direct reports) personal residences and onboard them to a third-party platform to monitor their personal online presence. • Led work with Red Team & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to improve processes to articulate, centrally document, and track remediation of Red Team findings. • Led engagement to provide cyber intelligence reports for international travel by CEO and key executives. • Established Infrastructure Security policies for security architecture covering Endpoint Protection, Security Baselines, Security Event Logging, and Secure Networking. • Provided executive leadership for perimeter security, information and cybersecurity policy compliance, and cybersecurity risk management programs. • Improved identification of critical applications, security risk management over cloud migrations, and software library inventory management. • Enhanced SDLC processes and controls for security assessments and policy compliance. • Implemented global enterprise technology and security regulatory compliance and oversight program. • Provided executive leadership to assess the ability of enterprise processes and controls to mitigate high-risk cybersecurity threats using NIST 800-53 and MITRE ATT & CK frameworks.
