Tony Kim graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Since his graduation, he has over eight years of experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering in the Oil & Gas industry. He is recognized as a Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and is responsible for designing and developing instrument, automation and electrical systems which are used to monitor and control well sites, compressor stations, pipelines, and gas plants. He is skilled in delivering engineering assurance and oversight over contractors for the design and delivery of projects identified by operations. He also has field experience in providing startup and commissioning support in order to ensure all work is operated efficiently, safely, and in compliance with internal company standards and other relevant industry standards and practices. Additionally, he continues to work collaboratively with operations to troubleshoot and maintain existing equipment to ensure reliability.
